My name is Beata Szlendak, I am a real estate consultant and interior architect living in Sicily. A few years ago, I decided to invest and move permanently to Castellammare del Golfo. I fell in love with this wonderful place. This region is exceptional thanks to its natural and cultural richness, as well as the kindness of its inhabitants. The combination of mountains with the beautiful sea, sandy beaches and charming rocky coves with crystal-clear water creates a unique local landscape. The cherry on top is the proximity of Riserva Naturale Dello Zingaro – the first natural park in Sicily.

At BeaDesign, you will receive assistance in communication with Italian companies and institutions, including translations (I speak Polish, Italian and English), as well as support in negotiations. After the successful completion of your purchase, you will have the opportunity to order an interior design tailored to your individual needs – whether for a new house or apartment, or for the renovation of a pre-owned property.

I also offer author’s supervision of the project, which enables real-time communication between the investor and the contractors. I ensure that the implementation is consistent with the design assumptions. The progress and quality of works are monitored at every stage and documented in photographic reports with descriptions.
